Motorhome not april 1.

It is finally raining in CA. I am feeling better from the flue. Can't ride the Harley. Can't sail my boat. No where to go in the motor home. I could go to the coast! but it is raining there too. I am thinking about renting a house on the beach for the spring vacation. If I were to provide transportation one way (motor home) how many would come?

Remember When /1950-2019

Just thought I would close this blog with remember when and some pics.

I am perplexed as to why people of faith think that children will come to Christ through tagging walls! Every church I have served has one some where. There will be a space given to children's ministry that will be destroyed because a punk blue haired nose pierced tattooed moron who thinks he is a leader allows it to happen.  ANY WAY..... I trying to restore past blue haired nose wring's destruction. This room is in an abounded house on the property. The young men of the church have decided to make it "The Upper Room." There is planned a Sadder Feast and foot washing in this room for about 10 people at a time during holy week. Teaching will be conducted down stairs and a confessional in the room next to this one. There is an attempt at prayer 24/7 here during the week and continue till Pentecost.  All I have to do is paint and clean by then!

I am not sure which Newton responded to the post so to be fair I think perhaps they both deserve the reward!
I froze here last night and when the sun came up everything was white covered in frost. I was moved to put on my Iowa sweat shirt and engage the our of doors. It will only reach 54 by three in the afternoon.
Spoke with Jews for Jesus today about a sadder feast and possibly on Resurrection Sunday. A lot of work to do this but I have some young men who want to the whole thing with the foot washing.
Well, I love you who ever is reading this. I will be In Iowa 3/7/18!

I did not expect to see any response to this post. I am truly amazed! I am humbled by your dedication even in the display of my procrastination and sloth.

That was then. Just reminiscing.

Does anyone ever come here anymore? I the first one to respond to this posting will win five bucks! that's right five big ones. So don't delay because I am on my way to spend it!! I am fasting to keep my  blood sugars down. I love sugar and it is my enemy. Hope to be dropping soon as my Dr. had a tantrum yesterday when I was in his office!

Had a guy in the office who has had a hard life. Two incarcerations and a meth user. Not much you can do for them because meth is devastating to the pleasure sensors of the brain. He came in the office with the usual tale of woe and I listened to it for some time. He mentioned he had been bounced around as a child and I confirmed that our family was a foster friendly family. I began telling him of Brent and how he turned out as apposed to being an Anderson. He burst into tears and said, "That's ME."  He was covered in tats, had the prison politeness, and well polished story. But at the story of Brent, he totally fell apart. 

I want to applaud you all who take the time to care for biological and non-biological children. You are keeping them from the certain hell they would live without you!

Survived the evacuation and avoided the police! I have never seen mass panic before and it is ugly. People were playing bumper car on the road and the police were pushing the cars into the ditch! It was mass insanity. I participated in the mass hysteria for a while then changed my attitude to one of defiance and went home. I can't imagine what the rapture will produce!

180 to 200 thousand people heading to the same place in less than 45 minutes. Going the opposite direction was a peaceful ride with no agitation. I drove into a world where I was alone, no traffic, no people, absolute quiet! It was great! I was working on a lawn mover and needed parts so I jumped into the truck and drove into a ghost town! No one anywhere! I thought of the movie "Left Behind."
The reason I left was, as I watched the tv my phone went off and I didn't touch it. It made the noise used for alerting people of pending danger and then a voice saying "THE OROVILLE DAM WILL FAIL IN 45 MINUTES ... THIS IS A MANDITORY EVACUATION NOTICE FOR:
It got my attention! I did not know the phones have that capacity.

They began allowing people back into the area yesterday so the world is getting back to the normal Yuck.

God is still the author, director, and completer of our faith.

 

Another Sunday in the books! The sun is shinning and I thinks me and bab will go for a ride!
I can do that now that I know I don't have any allergies! yep no allergies, had the skin test and came up with none!! Do why can't I breath and continually cough? Just in my head.

So if I don't have allergies I can ride with my nose in the wind!!
