He will be in the hospital for weeks and his mama is one hour away. This means that they will spend much time on the road.

Very impressed that you are willing to go to someone else's house and tear it apart! Is this woman crazy? I love the idea you are teaching the children how to work with tools and I find it smart on your behalf to teach them in someone else's house!
