Thunder and Lightnen!

Yesterday my neighbor said, "You should take a picture of the field of yellow flowers across the road and send to Iowa." The problem is, when the motor home was robbed they took my camera charger and the camera is now useless. I brought home my new computer with a camera in it to take a picture and it started to rain with thunder and lightning. Very seldom does this happen here so I considered it worthy of filming with audio. Just when a super burst of energy and great earth shaking boom happened while filming, a loud truck drove past the house and muffled the boom. Boogers! I returned to the house in defeat to eat Hot and Ready cold pizza.

The meds given me by the PA are working. The last two days I have not coughed since CHRISTMAS! Today is the Sabbath and I don't know if doing this is keeping it Holy. There are few instructions and for certain the Hebrew didn't do it right.

Love and miss you all

Yea God!

I have always hoped to see something like the Spiritual awakening we saw at Riverside. Every church I was lead to pastor that hope persisted but to no avail. Today we offered the new members the mic to express whatever they chose to express. And we added, if any old rusty crusties  want to express there faith walk, come on down. The first person was a former cop who indicated that the day they walked into the church four years ago, he didn't have much hope for his marriage. Today they are the neatest family. The hands went up and not only did we hear testimony but confessions! There was no fear of rejection or reprisal only a bunch of love and acceptance. It started at 10:30 and at 11:30 I called Round Table Pizza because there was no end in sight. We ate pizza and celebrated freedom, being released from, in some cases, 40 years of secret shame. I didn't preach! The only way it stopped was the promise that we would continue next week!

I am totally blown away!!!!

AAAAAW life on Meds! I have not had an occurrence of Job's disease for three months and then, well I might say it came back and made up for the time it was away. My dermatologist saw me in church last Sunday and said, "Be in my office by 10 am Monday. She then sent me to my oncologist who said, "Oh, that looks bad!" I am prescribed some meds that I had to drag myself through the day. If I stopped moving I fell asleep. I slept a lot. Today the dermatologist call in a prescription for Prednisone that I began today, I am wired like a race horse at the Kentucky Derby at the gate. I long for the days of aspirin and tums.
