Happy T day

Well, here I sit in the office all alone ... to cold to ride Baby ... and eggs and toast for lunch. My life is dazzling. Went to bed Tuesday  and didn't wake up until Thursday morning. I have the California Crud which is not fun.

I may go to the casino for some turkey later but it is a small chance. Getting too far from the outhouse could be embarrassing.

Good morning friends and neighbors! It is a crisp 33 degrees here but will climb to 68 by this afternoon. Yesterday went to start Baby for church and discovered she is a little cold blooded. The battery was on its way out when the rumble started and it was off to worship! Great ride!

Super excited to have Haley as a grand child. Now to capture Landon. Love the pictures of those who post! Some are silent.

I am trying to waist time so I wont go to the gym, but need to go said Dr. Dave. Blood sugar has been a little high he says. I hate going to the Dr. Well I can wait no longer. See you in the weight room.

I have the blaws. I think it is because they are burning the rice fields and the smoke is suffocating. No energy and completely devoid of ambition. I have no idea what tomorrow will be like but I am not prepared ... at all.

If you all would come play it would be better!

I rode the bike up highway 70 a couple of days ago and it was drop jaw beautiful. Fifteen hundred foot drop off on the side of the road made it a white knuckled ride especially when the road is a snake and unfamiliar. But love every second of it! I went for a ride this morning and worked on the RV this afternoon. Didn't accomplish much but it was good to get out of the office.

O yea. My calendar says that this Thursday is Turkey Day. What kind of a calendar would say that? It is published by PCUSA  .... NO WONDER! I should have looked at Jessecas, she has it right! Any how I worked on a Thanks giving sermon all week .... they may get two Thanks sermons!

Bubbles

The Sunday I returned I discovered that there was a birth in my school! Brant had been feeding the fish in my absence and had not noticed the event but on that Sunday I discovered a golden speck that kept moving toward the food that was floating to the bottom of the tank. Looking closer I discovered that it was a newborn! I went to the sanctuary and announce to the praise team, We have a baby! Of course they thought I had been in Iowa too long, but when I told them of the fry Hal said name him bubbles so ..... Meet Bubbles!!

Wecome back to California

I got out of the car at the farm and no more had my head out of the door that I was attacked  by a cloud of mosquitoes. And when I say cloud I am not exaggerating! They got me three times; on both cheeks and right on the end of my nose. I had to go to church looking like this ....... The day I left I contracted a cold I believe originated from grandchildren and the flight was miserable ... ears would not pop. Landed in CA and attacked by mosquitoes that may undermine all the healing I had in Iowa from my Job's disease. Do you think God is trying to tell me something? Or is it the other piece of dung interfering with God's plan? Much to discern.
